We left a voice mail this morning for Tim expressing our extreme satisfaction.? Last week when inquiring about what turned out to be a rather inexpensive part to be special ordered from Tukwila , WA , Tim invested some additional time explaining the best solutions your company had come up with to solve our problem.? Apparently, certain off-the-shelf products are not appropriate for our Bosch dishwasher that became very dirty (ironic for a product designed to clean dishes).? Tim?s exact advise for other cleaning products worked perfectly and most importantly, my wife is now a happy camper and we saved a bundle not giving up on the only 4-1/2 year-old machine for which we paid a considerable amount of money.
