Review content:
I wash my car on a weekly basis, so I bought the prepaid car wash card. Took it the first time, noticed one or two scratches afterwards but gave them the benefit of the doubt and maybe I just didnt notice them before. Second time I went, BIG MISTAKE. My car had twice as many scratches. I was sure to check it this time before I took it in. I brought this up to the manager but he just dismissed my complains saying that there was no way they could have caused it. Then he pointed out to the scratches they had caused the first time to say that my car just has scratches everywhere. Yeah! The ones you caused! I will not be returning to use my remaining prepaid car washes. Its cheaper to forget about them than to detail my car afterwards on a simple car wash. Go to Mister Car Wash or SplashHand instead!
