My experience with this Rolex dealer was negative. The owner attempted to order additional links for a Rolex watch I brought in. The links which he ordered did not fit when he attempted to install them. I was told my watch was a fake when in fact it is a genuine Rolex. Additionally, the owner gave me the ""third degree"" about where I had obtained the watch which is of course none of his business. Fortunately, the story has a happy ending. I took my business to Losee Jewelers in Provo, UT where they simply ordered the links indicated on the watch and they fit perfectly fine. Needless to say, I would not recommend Paul-Thomas Jewelers if you are looking for a Rolex to purchase.

Cons: Snooty, overpriced, lack of knowledge
