Initially I was concerned based on the other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was approached moments after I walked in and really appreciated the design help that I was given. I ordered two shades for my kitchen and about 6 weeks later they installed them for me. I LOVE them! I went back to complete the rest of my windows and was told I should speak with one of their in home consultants given the extent of my project. He was fantastic! He not only helped me with my drapery, but also helped me coordinate a few furniture pieces and the bedding in my son's room (which REALLY needed updating ;-) I have since been in to Calico Corners with friends and have always been pleased with their service.
Pros: Free design help, friendly staff, tons of fabric choices
Cons: Too many fabric choices, thank God for Greg's help!
