I entered into a purchase agreement for custom hand made tumbled brick from Mexico from Danny Barrero dba Austin Brick and Tile Center at 12024 Lamar Blvd. Austin, Texas on March 2, 2006. I paid an advance of $3055. 3/16/06 and another $2555. on 4/12/06 with the promise of delivery 5/1/06. After several weeks of waiting, the brick never arrived. I have filed and was awarded by the Travis County Court a default judgment but Mr. Barrero has refused to submit any payment towards this claim. I would caution anyone against doing business with this unrepreatable establishment.
