I have naturally curly hair that has tortured my existence since I can remember. So, I am always looking for someone who has a talent for understanding curly hair.......I love Jerzey! She has her own beautiful curly locks and listens to what you want. She is also always ready with some suggestions, but only does what you and her agree on ahead of scissor time. I have also had color done there, and although I don't really have any complaints, I have been through two colorists due to what seems to be a high turnover rate. Eyebrow waxing has also gone well the two times I have gone there for that. I DO have a complaint with the receptionists. What airheads! I dread calling in for an appt., I am always out on hold for a lengthy amount of time and each receptionist acts like it is there first time using the computer system for booking an appt.
