What more can I say. These people are great. They know their stuff. With their help I got the perfect embroidery machine. I love it and use it everyday. Their service people are very helpful and friendly. I brought in a machine that another local store couldn't fix. Rafael fixed it for me and it works like new not. Thank you all.
Pros: friendly, knowledgeable sales staff, Very good teaching program. Love the service people
Cons: can't think of any other than they may have too many machine to select from. Can be intimidating
