Recently I had Centre Cleaners clean a bridesmaids dress and a pair of slacks for me. The slacks had a small stain that I asked them to remove (basically that was the only reason I even went to have them cleaned!). Not only did they not remove the stain but they also left a mark around the stain so the pants are ruined. The bridesmaids dress I had them press again because when I went to pick it up it was wrinkled from the way they had hung it. When I went back to pick it up they had hung it the SAME way. It is a silk strapless dress and they used a skirt hanger to pinch the top of it. I'm not going to have to steam the top and just HOPE that those terrible crimps from the hanger come out. Otherwise the dress is ruined too. I will NEVER use this cleaners again.
