If you are wanting to try a new place this is not one to pick spur of the moment and i had to learn the hard way!!! I took in a shirt that only been worn a couple of times ($90 Polo) and it came out with a horrible stain and all the manager could tell me was that it was my fault...and I might have belived it if two other customers were not there with complaints as well - I couldnt belive we all were there at once but if we werent we might have been just treated like no mistakes ever happend. I have yet to find out if my shirt is going to be replaced but if its not ...to small claims court we go....it is the princable behind it...not the money they are not taking responsibility for there mistakes...so fix it or close the business.
