Review content:
This restaurant has changed ownership many times over the last 20 or so years (or as long as I've been living in Lower Nazareth), but the ownership now is the by far the best. The menu has not changed too much, but the quality of the food isn't even comparable. Newburg Inn has always been known for the prime rib and the seafood, but I must say that the seafood dishes now are the most delicious. The restaurant offers a large salad bar with homemade soup (always delightful) and bread that comes with all entrees. I highly recommend the salmon and seafood dishes, but many of the Italian-style pasta dishes are also terrific. (The owner/chef once owned and was the chef for a great Italian restaurant in Bethlehem. Dishes are a little pricer now then they were in the past, but be prepared to make several meals out of your leftovers! That makes it a good value in my book!
Pros: Quality of food, service, and large portions
Cons: Parking is difficult at busy times
