Review content:
After the treatment I received by Engineering Industries I feel compelled to share my infuriating experience. In trying to schedule an in-home warranty service repair, I was treated rudely and never given the confirmation calls I was promised. The man I spoke to denied that my product was eligible for service, despite my citation of the warranty. The product manufacturer then called him to verify that my product was eligible, and when I called to confirm my appointment, the man at Engineering Industries refused to perform the repair, raised his voice with me, accused me of pestering him (though I had called only three times over the course of 11 days), and told me that my television set was ""not his problem"" so he didn't care. I've never encountered such discourteous, disrespectful service, and would never employ Engineering Industries for any need, no matter how dire. Cons: customer service
