I ordered a flower arrangement from Darlene's. I was extremely disappointed with the arrangement. I told her I wanted a mix of spring flowers with color and some natural foliage. Yes, she did include some of the flowers I requested: iris, daffodils, roses and hydrangea. Actually, there were 3 iris, 2 roses, 1 hydrangea and 3 limp tulips. I told her I specifically I did not want tulips because they do not last but she put them in anyway. The daffodils were small and scrawny. The rest of the arrangement was basically unattractive greenery, obviously used as a filler so she didn't haved to use more flowers. Overall the arrangement was dull, the flowers and foliage didn't blend at all.. These flowers were for my Vet in appreciation for taking such good care of my dog who I had to put to sleep 2 weeks prior. Of course I wanted something special. I delivered the flowers my self and was embarassed to walk in the door. The response I got was validation for my embarrassement. Usually when someone delivers flowers you get a response, ""Oh how beautiful"". I did not that instead I got how nice and sweet of you. For the money I spent I could have gotten a beautiful arrangement at Central Market or Krogers with alot mor flowers. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!
