When I went in they, entered all the wrong information on my pup. I've worked in an animal clinic and I've treated many animals for worms without reinfestations. The vet thought one dose orally for $$$ was going to clear it, but sure enough in 2 weeks my pup was flooded with worms again. They do not carry flea or heartworm medicinces in house, and are not customer service friendly. They are also very overpriced for the amount of attention your pet or your questions get answered. They are very unprofessional and had me restrain my pet while being injected.
Pros: Very easy to get appointments
