My husband and I recently had dinner here. It was delicious. This is decidedly more low-key than many of the other North End spots (nothing says ""Italian"" about it - it has sort of a rustic, hip decor), but once you've dined next to a few tacky silk plants and murals of ancient Rome, this is a refreshing change of place! The food is excellent. Not dripping with grease, like many of the other North End joints, and totally fresh and tasty. I had the pasta with mushroom ragu (you have to look for this in fine print - it's something they actually offer for vegetarians, which I'm not, but I'm glad I found it)! The house red was fine, and we also liked taking a night off from having to make big wine selection! Service was prompt and polite. We are looking forward to going back.
Pros: great food, great location, hip (not tacky) decor
