he owners of this company are terrible people. they were charging me for 2 hours of cleaning. i found of that the maids were only in my house for 45 minutes. i asked the owner if my fee could be reduced because the maids did not take 2 hours to clean my house. the owner said no, and that they would make sure the maids would stay the full two hours. well they stayed alright...i set up a nanny cam in my living room and kitchen and what i saw on the video shocked me. after spending 45 minutes cleaning my house, they spent the next hour and 15 minutes sitting on my couch and watching tv, one even took a beer out of my refrigerator and drank it. i was so disgusted. i called the owner to cancel service and the owner told me i would be charged a $400 cancellation fee. i refused to pay the fee and i stopped payment on the check. now they call me at work almost everyday to harass me. i had to have the number blocked, so they started using employee's cell phone to call me at work. these people are a disgrace.
