This was the second and last time I will ever call Stanley Steemer. Both times they gave me an estimate on the phone based on what I told them and then when they came out to my house the technician tells me the space is bigger than they thought. The first time I asked for their TV advertised $99 special and it ended up costing me $208. This time I called and asked to have 3 areas cleaned. They said it would be $213. When the very rude and condescending worker walked in the door the very first thing he said was wow, this is going to cost more than what they told you. When I showed him the 3 rooms I wanted him to clean he said it would be over $300! My house isn't that big and that's basically $100 PER ROOM - crazy! With all of the other carpet cleaning companies out there you are better off going with someone else. Needless to say, I told them to leave!
