I went to TLC to have my hair highlighted. Sid recommended I go totally blonde. I was secpitcal but he said to trust him. My hair is the most beautiful blonde I have ever had on my hair. . The people are very friendly and the price I paid for my hair, waxing and haircut was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend TLC for people who are on a budget and want good service.
Pros: friendly staff, good prices they do what you want not what they want
Cons: very busy and tried to do two people at a time.
