In response to older jag as the owner of David Word Automotive I have an objection to your tip we do everything in our power to achieve customer satisfaction. You had problems with your vehicle that were the result of the Candian atmosphere the vehicle had lived in previously. We qouted the job based on what we knew was wrong, once vehicle was torn down further problems were discovered. You were made aware of the additional repairs necessary to get the vehicle driveable. Also the bill came in under estimate. I am sorry you bought a vehicle that now you wish you had not but why write nasty tips on those who try to help. I think with a little research you will find the dealer has no interest in working on older Jags and if they did the prices would be much higher. We have always tried to keep our customers happy, did you contact us with your thoughts or just write negative reviews? Lack of communication is what leads to good companies receiving negative reviews affecting that companies business.
