Total disrespect: the funeral was for 11 am,the family car NEVER ARRIVED TO PICK UP MY GRIEVING MOTHER TO TAKE HER TO THE FUNERAL.my brother n law and I had to leave the church to get herfuneral proveedings were late.funeral hearse was wrecked in front!.the director had no idea of where family car was,one was Not dispatched nor requested.a car finally arrived after funeral to transport to cemetary.funeral directors changed a day before,casket had visible lining ravels tht had to be cut with scissors.director admitted 2 weeks prior,same thing happened at funeral,he pulled and it came undone.paper n pieces of debris on deceased suit I had to get off nd paper on floor.i haf to physically re-arrange the body myself....horrible...horrible..heartbreaking!
