Review content:
The service at our visit to the Tavern was just horrible! Our ""server"" would not stop by for thirty minutes at a time, so we couldn't place orders. When he did take orders, he only took them from half the table and then wander off. He also only brought half of the drinks and never came back with the second half! We talked to a manager and eventually got our missing drinks, but not before the manager had given us attitude.
I don't expect much, but with 18% gratuity automatically added to our bill (for we were a group of more than seven), you at least expect that you'd be able to place an order and then receive what you ordered in under 20 minutes.
Cons: bad service, managment attitude
