Review content:
I WOULD NEVER USE PETREA HOMES - STACY PETREA - AGAIN. We've had numerous foundation problems in the 12 years since he built our home - the first one being 4 years after it was built. We called and called when our house (foundation) fell 4 inches. He never would come out to look but sent his father to tell us it was our problem - that the foundation didn't have any warranty. We've spent thousands of our own money repairing a foundation that should never have fallen apart plus shold have been fixed by the builder. He used shotty building materials, poor insulation and we've already had to replace the so-called 20 year roof after less than 10 years. The ""siding"" and all other materials he used must be the cheapest on the market. The siding warped after 2 years and looks horrible. We thought we were getting the home of our dreams - not so - it's been a nightmare. And once he's built the house, you may as well forget about ever hearing from him again. They may look nice at first - but don't expect them to last long. If you're not a contractor yourself, don't expect any advice from him when you're trusting him to build your ""dream home"". All he cares about is getting his money.
