Made purchase for Christmas. The product was defective. When I went back to the store to return the item I got the fight of my life. I mean they will do anything to keep from fulfilling their 15 day return policy. They even accused me of ""burning up the motor"" of the train set. Like I did it intentionally. They said it was a used train set so I could not return it. Well how do you know it works if you dont at least turn it on. Unbelievable. Refused to credit my credit card because they said it cost them money. Had to pay a 10% restocking fee. Basically I gave them money for the privilidge of buying a defective train set. Do Not Shop here! By the way I was verbally abused by not one but three clerks there while trying to resolve this issue.
