Review content:
The staff, environment and overall experience was wonderful, professional and unexpected. We were treated like family from the moment we walked into the building. Even given our modest budget, we were welcomed and doted on as if we were spending a fortune. It?s the little things that make a trip to Ascot so special... from the gourmet chocolates, cappuccino to the extensive diamond tour and overview. It was truly a first class operation and in every sense, a private experience. I will continue to refer my closest friends and family to this establishment.
