Review content:
New management (Hawthorne) one month in runs out residents like crazy. I've lived here going on four years with no problems from previous management-loved them-very respectful to residents. BUT Howthorne Mgt comes and abruptly changes my lease agreement without any notice and levies fees on me,leaving me shocked and confused. Will try to extort good money from loyal residents before they have reasonable time to move out peacefully. This Howthorne management is crazy. I would not,definately not reccomend this property to anyone at all!!!!!
