Review content:
Great cheesesteak, haven't tried anything else here. I had an feeling of pressure many times to buy something else when ordering my sandwich, I felt like the owner had his staff trained to upsell. Happened a few times but let it go. I directed a random friend from OH here on his way out of town and he called me with the exact same feedback - great food, they try to upsell everyone. I was glad to hear it wasn't me and had lunch there 2 days later with a co-worker. Usual ""any drinks with that"", ""any fries"" from the guy making the food. We were taking it to do so just the sandwiches, but felt like we dissappointed the staff. If your answer is no to the upsell you're probably going to get shorted on the sandwich, it will be skimply. if yes, a healthy sanwich is yours. I just can't imagine the person who says ""Oh, I didn't know you had fries and drinks, thanks for asking"". You typically stand in line for at least a few minutes and look at the menu a number of time before getting to the counter. Glad I'm not alone here. Will probably still eat here, but lay off selling the floor mats with my meal.
Pros: food
