I went because I had a sinus infection and was advised that I needed a complete physical. From the beginning I should have been concerned because the staff is completely disorganized - anytime you ask even a simple question, they leave you on hold forever, then come back to the phone like you're a new caller and you have to start all over from the beginning. After I waited for 90 minutes, they performed every single test under the sun (EKG, a funky Breathalyzer thing, blood, urine....) - they tried to send me home without even looking at my sinus problem - I had to remind them what I was there for! I have since paid over $200 out of pocket for services performed (that I DIDN'T need) and another bill is on the way! Dr. Moore must be billing me so much so he can afford a decent staff.
