I worked there from november 2005 until august 2008. I still got to know the people who worked there before me. Somkhit is a family friend. I have never had a problem with any customers. I was always friendly as can be even on a bad day. Personally, it is usually the CUSTOMER that is rude and walks in with attitude. It is only human nature to reply with the same attitude. The phrase ""the customer is always right"" is true for good business, but in reality ""the customer is usually wrong.""
