My shopping experience was fine -- the saleswoman was pleasant to deal with and the prices seem good. However, I was delivered a bed that (i) wobbled like crazy and (ii) collapses on the edges when you sit or lie on either edge of the mattress. So far, I have managed to get Mattress King to deliver a new bed frame, but am still waiting for them to replace the mattress. They also seemed skeptical of my complaints when I called them, which is sort of disturbing. *They* are the ones who should be on the defensive, for failing to deliver half-decent merchandise.
Pros: Prices
Cons: Defective bed frame and defective mattress!
