I've been doing POWERHIT for about three months now and thought it was time to weigh in. First, everything people say here is true. And I have a few things to add. The progress I've made in the past few months has been amazing, way more than ever before. Also, the only thing better than the progress I've made is the potential that I can now see in myself. This really is a life changing thing. The positive impact on my body, as well as my personal and professional lives has been marked. I can't say enough good things about this gym and this program. Honestly
