Businiess name:  Erin Naimi, Rd Nutrition Therapist
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I was first diagnosed with an eating disorder at the age of 14. I saw many, many dietitians and therapists before being hospitalized five years later, where I saw even more dietitians and therapists. After the hospital, I continued seeing dietitians and therapists. I can honestly say that none of them has helped me more than Erin; I honestly don't want to think about where I would be today if it weren't for her. What makes Erin different is her intuitive, unflinchingly honest and courageous approach to treating eating disorders. She deals with both the physical repercussions and nutritional demands, which she is extremely knowledgeable about, and which is where all other nutritionists that I have seen stop. Erin goes deeper than that, way deeper to the underlying current of your relationship with food. And this is why she is more than just a dietitian; she truly is a dietician therapist. Her approach is unique and unlike any other in that she deals very honestly and personally with you as you are. Most dietitians tell you the same thing - calories, exchanges, same old story. Erin opens you up to your own intuition and deals head-on with all your fears, anxieties, and shame. If you are being plagued by any eating issues, I strongly, strongly encourage you to make an appt. with Erin. She will change your life in the best way; she did mine.
