I went with this company for a fence for my backyard so my kids could play safely. The owner Mark was a nice guy, he will always beat the competition by a few $$ to get the job. After several months the fence started falling apart, literally. He sent his people out to fix the fence once and we had 1 2x4 that needed to be replaced as it was bowed and he argued with us but eventually replaced it after a few weeks arguing about it. I had another fence company come out and look and what they said is that he used nails, not screws, and nails will pull apart each and every time. They could not understand why in the world he would have used nails. They also said he used poor quality lumber and it is showing, the fence is almost 2 years old and it looks horrible and sections are pulling apart every where. They said it was a very poor job and we should get our money back. Mark sent his people out once more before his ""warranty"" was up and only because we threatened to get our attorney involved. I am sorry we chose this company as we are left with a fence that is two years old and pretty much needs to be rebuilt. Don't let the fact that his company was on Extreme Makeover, please don't be fooled or you will be in the same boat we are. He has done quite a few fences in our neighborhood and most people feel the same way we do. Keep away at all costs! Cons: Sections of fence pulling apart less than a year old
