Review content:
The manager is obtrusive and just plain nosey. There is a difference between being vigilant in order to manage a complex, it is another thing to place yourself in the business of your tenants who pay their rent on time, have been a long time resident, and upstanding citizens, yet those whom he befriends in the complex, do things that are less than reputable without harm. It is quite annoying and he is a borderline prowler. I wholeheartedly suggest you look for accomodations else where. Not worth the trouble!
