Review content:
I had dinner tonight @ Cafe Andree for the first time and was unimpressed and disappointed by the whole experience. I ordered their special large plate of the evening: swordfish with mash potatoes/asparagus. It sounded enticing but when the food was brought out, the swordfish was smaller than the palm of my hand and my hand is not very big. The fish was also bland as if someone had just popped it on the grill with no seasonsing. And for the portion size and lack of flavor, $21 is alot to pay. The service was absolutely atrocious as the wait staff would just disappear seemingly for hours. This echoes the same lack of service the first time I dined here for weekend brunch. It's too bad as the space itself is quite charming but really not recommended. Pros: Intimate space Cons: Service, Food
