Review content:
I have never been to a doctors office that charges you for EVERYTHING!!! If you need the doctor to simply fill out a form for your child's physicial you will be charged. Now mind you this is not a fee to perform the physical but to simply complete the form- basically checking a few boxes and a signature. If you need a copy of your child's records you WILL be required to pay $25. Last I checked, Xerox copies didn't set a doctor's office that far back. The list goes on and on, but the picture has been drawn.
As for the level of service, I agree with the posting that it's all about volume. When you go, you never know which doctor you will see and once you are called you are rushed through- feels like an assembly line and then you're lucky to get about 5 mintues with the doctor.
All in all, I felt rushed and sucked dry for every dollar they could get out of me. I've found a new doctor in the Katy area and it's a much better experience not to mention I don't have to worry about taking my check book each time we visit.
