Review content:
I have dealt with BBBs all over the country and this is by far the worst. I filed a complaint against Ace World Wide moving company of Cudahy, WI for charging me $1,128.79 more than their original quote. Since Ace is a ""BBB Accredited Business"", the BBB barely paid any attention to my complaint and after I asked to leave it unresolved, they closed it. I then tried to post a review of the business and was told that if you had previously filed a complaint, you could not post a review of the business. When I called the BBB to ask about this, I was told this was one of their ""business practices"". In my opinion, and as other reviewers have suggested, it appears that if you are a business and pay the fee which entitles you to be a BBB Accredited Business, they will make sure you have a stellar rating. I call it selling protection. I checked out the BBB for Ace World Wide's complaint history before doing business with them, but learned the hard way that it really means nothing.
