I ordered T-Shirts to advertise my company last year. Upon receiving my T-Shirts, 3 out of the 25 I ordered were misprinted. After calling the store and receiving no response back, I went to the store to speak to the owner and was greeted with a defensive attitude. He told me to bring the shirts back to him and he would replace them but the new shirts would not be ready until his family got back from vacation. Later last year I decided that I would like to order sweatshirts to give out at events for the up coming fall and winter seasons. So I paid for and ordered my sweatshirts, After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I went back to the store and as soon as I walked in the owner screamed from the back of the store: ""They are not ready, I haven't even started them yet!"" Needless to say I was upset and asked for a FULL refund. I received my refund but I will never do business with them again. They are over priced nasty and really don't care about their customers at all.
