Avoid this company like the plague. They are unresponsive, they take extremely poor care of their buildings and are inattentive to their tenants' needs. I had a terrible experience living in a building owned and managed by Signature Investment Realty -- I advise all of my friends to avoid their properties and would never live in one of their buildings again. With the large number of rental apartments in this city, you can find much, much better.
