Found by accident and so glad I did. I walked in the door with my Collie and found a wonderful loving environment. The love for animals that the staff shows is incredible. I was asked if I would like to meet the groomer and take a tour of the shop before I made an appointment to make sure I was comfortable was a first for me. No other grooming shop as ever ask me that. Upon picking up my dog I was delighted, instead of scared and shaking she was tail waggin happy. What a great place and so glad that we have them in Dallas. Thanks for being here Petropolitan.
Pros: The loving environment and care given to my pet / my companion / trustworthy
Cons: If really begins to get busy parking might be an issue but dont let it stop you
