I needed roadside assistance when my bike broke down. This company was contacted by Progressive and I was told they'd be there within the hour. Waited one hour and received an automated phone call saying it would be another 60 minutes. Called progressive and asked to schedule a set time to meet tow truck and they said fine. Set up appointment at 6pm to meet and pick up bike--this was at 1pm. Get back to the bike at 6 and get another automated phone call saying it will be 30 minutes. Then get another phone call saying they should be there but no one has shown up still. It's after 7pm and still no show so I call progressive and ask to speak with the company and they oblige. Speak with RUDE lady from superior who tells me all her trucks are in VA beach stuck in traffic (over an hour away). So you mean to tell me that I give you 5 hours notice in advance and you can't have one truck there on time? Then the next day--after I cancelled and scheduled with another company who was on time--I find out that they only pay their drivers half for motorcycles so they are not a priority. Bottom line: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION, CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
