If you don't know what's right for you they'll surely miss lead you into the most expensive prescription they can. I have never worn glasses before and was told progressive lenses are the way to go for me. After the sale, when all was paid and i went to pick the up glasses, 2 weeks later, they told me it might take a while to get used to these glasses, and they may even make me dizzy etc. They didn't work for me, and my free pair of glasses ended up costing an extra 180 for the progressive lenses. So I lost about 400 bucks on lenses because they had no intention of paying for their bad advice. Pros: great sales people Cons: great sales people. Little concern for customer satisfaction
