I've livedin balcones for over 16 years and I've always felt secure in our neighborhood thanks to the balcones hts. p.d. I would like to express my app;reciation for all you officers do to protect us. My car was broken into at 3a.m and they quickly responded and captured the two gentlemen and they recovered my belongings. I don't remember their names but they were so professional and helped us so much I can't say thankyou enough. Then theres Joey with the K-9 unit. What an awesome policeman we have here. He's really the best and his help last week was so professional and beyond helpful I just hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Everyone needs to know were not only protected but they have our best interest at heart. Thanks again. Jamie Gonzales
