I had the opportunity to build a new Wood Group home in Mount Juliet about 16 months ago. Building the house was a positive experience for me and as promised, was completed in about four months. At closing I had a walk-through of the house and had a chance to point out items I wanted to be addressed before closing. At closing, I was given a list of utility contacts to assist in turning on water, gas, etc. During the one-year warranty after I closed on the house, I had a problem with the A/C unit. I used a repair service call list, given to me by the builder at closing, to promptly get the repair done at no cost to me. I found the owner and staff of Wood Group to be very organized during the entire process. They were also extremely helpful as I picked out a house plan, and made so many decisions necessary to complete the house. I'll definitely use Wood Group to build my next house!
