I took my car to these guys regularly and they did an ok job. However, on my last visit they left a 3"" long scratch/dent on one of my doors. I immediate asked to talk to the manager, who immediately denied any responsibility. After a few days of back and forth between various managers at the car wash, during which time I was alternately told they would or would not repair the damage... including phone calls... bringing the car in twice... and hours of hassle... they ultimately DID NOTHING! So, not only did they damage my brand new car... they then wasted HOURS of my time before NOT fixing it. Incidentally, to give you an idea of how severe this ""scratch"" was... repairing it cost me almost $400! DO NOT GO TO LOS FELIZ CAR WASH!!
