Wow, I'm very suprised to see all the negative comments. The customer service was great since I walked in the door to Santa Monica Volkswagen. My sales rep was Artem Dasov and he was awesome! We were cracking up the whole time I was there! I will say, it helps to do your homework before you go to any dealership. Call around to different dealerships to see what's the best offer out there and then go in to a dealership when you're serious about buying/leasing. Like Art said, ""We're in business to sell cars not to keep them here."" I know Art and the GSM (whose name I forgot but was also super nice) will work with you.
Pros: Great customer service
Cons: Can't really think of any....
