Review content:
We bought 3 pieces of jewelry from her online store back in December. She sent 3 incorrect pieces of jewelry. Turns out, she didn't even have the items listed on the site in stock, so she sent us something else completely. It took around THREE MONTHS of her saying she'd find the pieces before I gave up and said I just wanted a refund. So she gave me her address and I shipped them back. That was in either March or April, and it's mid-June now and I've yet to see a refund. Yep, items returned in March/April, STILL NO REFUND by mid-June. Every time I call she says she's told the webmaster to refund my money. I'm pretty sure she's dodging my calls a fair amount of the time too. Doesn't even respond to e-mail. So, lesson learned--NEVER buy from here.
