I ordered my class ring on June 13, 2006. They told me that it would be in within 3-4 weeks. I waited for 6 weeks before contacting them. They said they would call and find out about it and let me know within a week. Two weeks passed with no word for them. I went into the store and they couldn't find the receipt from my order. Finally, after waiting forever, they found it and told me they had no idea why my ring wasn't here. So, here it is, August 22, 2006 and I still have no ring. It has been 10 weeks and they still have no found it. I would NEVER recommend going to Pagel and Sons Jewelers for anything.
Pros: Good variety of jewelry
Cons: Bui;ding smells like cigarette smoke, terrible customer service, condescending attitudes
