Having purchased a few cars in my years, I must say that working with this dealership has been ""interesting"". I will say that I did leave with a truck that I very much enjoy. However, the sales department has much work to be done to raise to the level of mediocrity. Promises to call to follow up on satisfaction of sale were never addressed. ""Lumping"" together items that ended up covering costs was not recognized until the next day as I went over the paperwork in more detail. Purchasing a used truck with 34k miles meant that only 2k miles are left on manufacturers warranty. With this I requested quote for 100k warranty. This ended up being ""packaged"" with the deal. Ended up paying full price for warranty on car that already has 34k miles I didn't drive. Seems to me that cost should have been 64% of the total cost. Sales quoted 70k warranty to make it 100k in mileage for FI guy said this was ""lost in translation"". Sales department quoted price for clear covering bra for front of vehicle, front grill, hood, door jams, and back of side view mirrors. Upon picking up vehicle after work, hood and door jams were done. This was communicated to me that this is all that is done with package purchased. Pros: Appears to have decent Service Department Cons: Sales Department and FI striving to be mediocre
