Review content:
My son's car broke down after being in an accident. It overheated and he pulled it into a school parking lot. We called a tow truck from Sora's and was waiting for them when a truck from Kenwood towing came. He said he was going to tow it because it was on private property. I told him the car was in an accident and you could see radiator fluid coming from it. I told him our tow truck was less then 10 minutes away. He said it was going to be $108 to get it out of impound. After begging him, he agreed to tow it to the street (less then 50 feet) for $48. As soon as he dropped the car our tow truck was there. I called to complain and explain the situation and the guy that answered the phone said the driver did me a favor by only charging $48 it should have been $100. and hung up on me.
