I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at this restaurant. It has notoriously bad service, but I have continued to return because the food was so good. I will never be back, however, due to the fact that not only did it take over 10 minutes to get a drink, over 30 minutes to get an appetizer, and my dinner came out wrong, TWICE, I was appalled to see that when I returned my food and told the person who had taken my order that it was wrong, she tried to get me to eat it anyway, acted as though I was ridiculous for not accepting it, rolled her eyes at me, and DIDN'T APOLOGIZE!! To make things worse, I came to find out that this woman was the owner! I could not believe a restaurant owner would treat a customer so badly, and not even apologize when it was her mistake. I am not a ridiculous person, in fact I work in the restaurant business, and would never even think of treating a customer in such a way, especially nor would the management. I have never complained about a restaurant before, but I thought people should know what to expect from this place, and I could obiviously not remedy the situation by contacting management, since it was the owner with the dispicable customer service and behavior. I reccommend no one to ever go there, nomatter how good the food.
