The practice seems to be thriving, so maybe my experience is not all that common, but both times I made appointments I left very unhappy. The initial appointment I scheduled was for a consultation and cleaning, which I was informed would take 2 hours. I scheduled it in the morning at 7am to accommodate my work schedule, in hopes that there would be few delays as 7 is their first appointment of the day. I left the office 3 hours and 45 minutes later, I can see small delays, but an hour and 45 minutes is ridiculous. I recently scheduled an appointment for a tooth ache within the past month, this time at 6pm . After the dental assistant examined me and informed me of the problem, I was told that I would have to schedule another appointment since the dentist was running late and would not be able to see me. It is very difficult for me to get off from work...am I wrong to think this is not the best way to treat patients?? The 6pm appointment is their last of the day, if they truly cared about me as a patient the dentist should have made the effort to accommodate me. Maybe there was a personal conflict, but thats a part of running your own business! Maybe their other patients are so in awe of the free mugs, chap stick, pens, and food in the waiting room that they ignore the lack of client service within this practice.
